MI SUCCESS STORY: DIANA EBE

Originally from Sweden, Diana Ebe studied the piano as a young girl and soon starting singing and songwriting. Diana left Sweden and moved to Los Angeles in 2013, where she eventually enrolled in MI’s Independent Artist Program. Since living in L.A., Ebe has expanded her songwriting and wrote her first single, “Elusive Pleasure” and has been producing new music ever since.

In 2016, Diana released her Elusive Pleasures EP which produced her latest single, “Bold.” Diana is in the studio working on her upcoming album and is currently performing at some iconic venues around Los Angeles like The Mint, Hotel Cafe and Hard Rock Cafe.

Diana said that her education at MI has helped her career reach the heights that it has, saying,

“By far, the most important tool that I learned was Logic, of which I was very suspicious to learn at first. I use it every day, and, because I now know how to use it, I can produce my own songs and demos. The one-on-one mentoring and private classes were also very important [during my time at MI.] MI, and the connections I’ve made over the years, have had a great impact on my success today.”

Today, Diana is working on new music and with fellow songwriters, including an upcoming duet with Thiago Muller. She is also part of ABBARAMA, an ABBA Pop Experience bringing the music, looks and the sound of a contemporary ABBA band. The band also features fellow MI alumni Lucas Bomeny (Drums) and Adam Skeppar (Guitar). Having already toured the East Coast, ABBARAMA, is preparing for their West Coast tour, including a concert at The Roxy in Los Angeles on April 13, 2019.
