MI SUCCESS STORY: JOHN FRUSCIANTE

John Frusciante, mostly known as the guitarist of Red Hot Chili Peppers, attended Musicians Institute in the late ‘80s, where he met fellow musicians which eventually led to his spot in the band after the passing of RCHP’s founding member and guitarist, Hillel Slovak.

Later in his career, John has collaborated with Omar Rodríguez-López of The Mars Volta, and released solo music in the range of genres from experimental rock, to ambient music, new wave, electronica, and more.
