Welcome to Week 2! This week will explore diction, enunciation, phonetics and how they work in different languages and genres. We will also work on range explanation, blending registers and phrasing.

- Be able to sing a few lines in a different language
- Know their individual vocal ranges and registers
- Demonstrate blending registers
Welcome to Week 3! This week we will be working on vocal agility: how to smoothly move between notes, how to sing basic riffs and runs, and how to improvise. We will also learn how to use controlled vibrato and shape our tone.
- Demonstrate trained vocal agility through simple exercises
- Understand how to sing with Vibrato
- Perform a song while shaping your tone appropriately
- Improvise over a simple backing track
Welcome to Week 4! This week we will talk about power, projection and the fundamentals of belting. We will also explore active vs. passive listening and finally tie in everything we have learnt so far through this course in your final performance submission.
- Demonstrate healthy belting technique
- Understand the difference between Active vs. Passive listening
- Connect with the emotional context of a song
- Perform a song with healthy support and appropriate projection
