CHRIS FLETCHER
Starting in Philadelphia and the moving to Los Angeles, Chris Fletcher began her independent touring & promotion company, Coast to Coast Music, in 1989. While working full time at a small record company, Fletcher helped secure 20 endorsements, 3 major sponsorships and 4 music grants for her indie artists. Her expertise lies in navigating live events and tours through detailed networking at College and Festival booking conferences. Chris also works with a number of musicians and music businesses with their business start-ups and finding financial systems that help organizing their tax paperwork.
Today, Chris continues at Musicians Institute teaching touring and management classes and serves as a career counselor. Her independent education program MusicBizMentors produces 10 music business networking events each year. Fletcher actively has 4 artists on her roster and manages over touring 100+ dates a year. She is currently working 2 book projects, “Making Money With Your Music Skills” and a workbook entitled “Planning Your First Tour” both scheduled to be released in early 2018.
