Alternative-pop-punk band Lit was one of the most popular bands back in the late ’90s and early ’00s. But before they hit it big, Lit visited the Musicians Institute concert hall for a special performance, which we found in the MI Vault.
The band shot to fame with their second album, A Place In The Sun, in 1999, which spawned three of their biggest singles , “My Own Worst Enemy,” “Zip-Lock,” and “Miserable,” which you might remember by their iconic music video. You know, the one where they are performing on and around a giant Pamela Anderson in a bikini.
This performance in 1996 is even earlier than when they released their first album Tripping The Light Fantastic in April of 1997. Enjoy!
