Long before social media gave us instant access to performances from our favorite musicians, some unforgettable moments were happening right here at Musicians Institute in Hollywood. In this edition of the MI Vault, we’re looking back at a performance from acclaimed guitarist Norman Brown, captured at MI.
Known for his signature blend of jazz, R&B, soul, and pop, Brown has built a career spanning decades as a guitarist, vocalist, composer, and recording artist. His smooth yet technically impressive playing has made him one of the most recognizable guitarists in contemporary jazz.
