MARC DOLD

Marc is a producer, writer and performer. He has released 5 albums and 2 feature film scores with his partner Judith Martin under AURAH. This ethereal indie-pop project has lead to airplay on over 800 Radio Stations and countless TV and Film Placements. (Blood Diamond, Little Miss Sunshine, Sex and the City, Scrubs).

Always in the search for new production techniques, he formed an EDM Duo called the Swiss American Federation with DJ Christian B. S.A.F. has produced and remixed over 70 major artists. Among them are 2 Billboard #1 singles and 5 top ten Billboard Dance singles ranging from artists like Paul Van Dyke, Erasure, Enya, Nelly Furtado, Celine Dion, Alice Cooper and others. Under their own label Looped Music, they released their latest singles featuring Cary Brothers making it to #5 and #10 in England’s Music Week Chart.

Raised by classical musicians in Switzerland Marc’s first instruments were piano and violin. He soon discovered his real joy for music with his first electric guitar, an amp and a 4–track recorder and dove into the world of writing and producing. He completed a degree in electronics before he graduated with a B.A. from the Conservatory of Winterthur/Zuerich in Switzerland in classical guitar and a Masters in music education. He then went on to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, where he focused on writing and producing and received first place in the College’s songwriting contest.

Marc is teaching Logic for IAP and Track-programming for AE.
