Barry teaches Project Studio Design. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. Industrial Technology (Electronics) and from Santa Ana College with an Associate Arts, Electronics. He is also an Avid Certified Instructor of Pro Tools.
As a recording engineer/mixer, he has worked on over 30 gold and platinum record winners. He has recorded and/or mixed albums by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hall & Oates, Pat Benatar, Rod Stewart, Keith Moon, Mick Jagger, Waylon Jennings, The Corrs, and also worked with producers Steve Cropper, Oliver Leiber, Tom Dowd, Rick Rubin, Jerry Fuller and many more.
Barry has his own futuristic Tones 4 $ Studios mixing facility and is a lifetime Grammy-voting member of NARAS plus a contributing editor for Mix Magazine and “New Toys” columnist for L.A.-based Music Connection Magazine.
