On Tuesday, March 13, PIT welcomes Army of Anyone drummer (as well as PIT alumnus and former instructor) Ray Luzier for a special afternoon clinic. Army of Anyone (also featuring former Stone Temple Pilots Dean and Robert DeLeo and Filter’s Richard Patrick) is gearing up to tour behind their hot-selling new self-titled CD. Ray previously spent eight years recording and touring as musical director for David Lee Roth, and has also toured or recorded with Billy Sheehan, Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne), John Lowery (Marilyn Manson), Tony Fredianelli (Third Eye Blind), James Lomenzo (White Lion, Zakk Wylde), Arcade (with Stephen Pearcy), and The Nixons as well as his own instrumental band, Hideous Sun Demons. Ray’s recently-released instructional DVD (MI Press/Hal Leonard) is a best-seller in the drum market.
