PIT Presents Mike Clark

On Thursday, April 26, PIT welcomes trailblazing funk-jazz drummer Mike Clark for a special clinic appearance. Known for his work with Herbie Hancock's Headhunters, Clark was one of the architects of the "Oakland Funk" sound and one of the most-sampled drummers in history. His recent instructional DVD Funk. Blues, and Straight-Ahead Jazz (Hal Leonard Publishing), filmed at MI, has become a best-seller.
