The Keyboard Institute of Technology is hosting its quarterly “Jam Night” on Thursday, February 12th from 8-12pm at Highland Grounds Cafe (742 North Highland Avenue, just north of Melrose Avenue).
At this increasingly popular (and free!) event, KIT students and instructors lead an all-MI interdepartmental jam. The MC for the evening is KIT Director Tommy Reeves, leading a house band that features GIT’s Lupo Groenig and PIT’s Andy Megna as well as bassist Lynn Keller (Diana Ross, Rita Coolidge). Bring a chart and play some music!
