MI Presents The Yellowjackets

On Thursday, August 30, MI presents a special concert by internationally acclaimed jazz-fusion ensemble The Yellowjackets featuring as special guests GIT instructor Dan Gilbert and KIT instructor Roger Burn. The Yellowjackets, including Russel Ferrante (Keyboards), Jimmy Haslip (Bass), Bob Mintzer (Woodwinds) and Marcus Baylor (Drums), has for decades been considered one of the west coast’s premier contemporary improvisational super-groups, with each member renowned in his own right.
