Tony Royster Clinic, DVD Release Party

On Thursday, August 27 in the Concert Hall, MI’s Drum Department and Drum Channel.com present Tony Royster, Jr in an exclusive drum clinic and release party for Tony's new instructional DVD, The Evolution of Tony Royster, Jr (DrumChannel.com), which includes live footage shot at MI. Tony first wowed audiences with his drumming skills while winning the Guitar Center National Drum Off at age 11. Now 24, Tony has gone on to play with artists including Jay-Z, En Vogue, Hikaru Utada, and Lazyeye. The clinic, exclusively for MI students, is scheduled from 2-4pm with the DVD release party following at 6pm, featuring a who’s who of the drumming community. Both events will be streamed live on DrumChannel.com.
