Soft-Rock Superstars America to Receive Walk of Fame Star in Front of MI

On Monday, February 6 at 11:30am, the Hollywood Walk of Fame will present a sidewalk star to chart-topping soft-rock trio America. The ceremony will take place at 6752 Hollywood Boulevard, directly in front of Musicians Institute,Since achieving fame as one of the most popular radio acts of the ‘70s behind #1 hits “A Horse With No Name,” “Ventura Highway,” and “Sister Golden Hair,” the GRAMMY-winning group’s discography has grown to more than 50 albums, including seven produced by industry legend George Martin. The group is also scheduled to appear in a special performance on Tuesday, February 7 at the downtown LA GRAMMY Museum.
