Sigur Ros Film Earns Rave Reviews
| Aug 30, 2007
Rave initial reviews are in for Heima, a documentary film of international music icons Sigur Ros as they undertook a highly original tour of their native Iceland. London's Observer Music Monthly labeled it one of the ten best concert movies of all time, alongside such classics as Woodstock and The Last Waltz. FilmIT Director Alan Calzatti served as Director of Photography on the film, with RIT instructor Mehdi Hassine serving as house engineer for the 5.1 surround mix carried out in MI's Studio B.
