On Monday, February 22 from 1-4:00pm, guitar students at MI will have a rare opportunity for one-on-one guitar counseling and career mentoring from one of the most experienced funk/rock/R&B guitarists on the planet, Mike Scott. Since moving to Minneapolis, being discovered by Prince and playing in several of the legendary singer's bands, Scott has gone on to perform with superstar artists including Justin Timberlake, P Diddy, and kingpin music producer Timbaland.
