On Thursday, August 7, MI’s Percussion Institute of Technology welcomes internationally renowned drummer and clinician Thomas Lang for a special appearance. Voted “Best Drummer” by Rhythm Magazine Reader’s Poll, Thomas has worked with artists as diverse as Asia, Falco, John Wetton, The Clash, Suicidal Tendencies, Gianna Nannini and Mick Jones in addition to his work as a solo artist and his best-selling drum instruction videos. PIT Director Tim Pedersen stated, “He mixes monster chops and solid groove with a musicality rarely seen in a drummer today.”
