GIT is proud to present visiting instructor and grad Paul Gilbert in a live performance to celebrate the release of his new instrumental CD, Get Out of My Yard. Gilbert (Racer X, Mr. Big), best known among guitarists for his astonishing versatility and technique (he was named as one of the "Top 10 Shredders Of All Time" by Guitar One Magazine), composes music in a wide variety of styles including pop, rock, metal, blues, jazz, funk and classical. According to Paul, the new CD is "chock full of concentrated guitar power, screaming solos, thunderous guitar riffs and wall-shaking chords."
