On Thursday, July 19 the Recording Artist Program (RAP) presents a special seminar on microphone selection and placement with industry veterans Dusty Wakeman and John Jennings. Wakeman (pictured), whose production-engineering credits include Lucinda Williams, Dwight Yoakum, Los Lobos and Me'Shell Ndege'Ocello and Jennings, VP of Royer Labs, co-founded Mojave Audio. The seminar will focus on condenser and ribbon mics and their various uses.
