MI is proud to announce that it has joined forces with Line 6 (the industry leader in digital modeling technology) by dedicating the new Line 6 Performance Room at MI.

The Line 6 Performance Room is fully outfitted with six new, top-of-line Line 6 amps including two of the highly anticipated Bogner Alchemist tube amps (pictured), innovative Spider Valve™ amplifiers, and Lowdown Bass amps. MI students will now be able to explore the extensive range of Line 6 pro-level gear, tone-shaping and modeling options in hands-on live performance settings on a daily basis. 

As part of their ongoing partnership, Line 6 is also working with MI to present a variety of contemporary music technology and education-oriented events for MI students, including clinics and software demonstrations.  The company is also planning to provide extremely versatile Variax guitars for students to check out from the MI Library, which already provides POD® amp simulators for student practice and rehearsal.
