On Friday, April 30 at 1pm in Studio E, MI’s Audio Engineering Department presents “Real-World Audio Post for Indie Feature Films” with sound-designer and mixer Woody Woodhall.

Woody Woodhall, CAS is President of Allied Post Audioin Santa Monica, CA. A supporter and advocate for independent filmmaking, he has sound-designed and mixed many independent feature films and documentaries. Recent projects include Best Worst Movie which screened at the 2009 SXSW Festival, SilverDocs, Hot Docs and Team Taliban, which screened at the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival.  For television he has handled voiceover recording, sound editing, and mixing for hundreds of episodes of programming for VH-1 (All Access SPOTLight), Discovery’s The Travel Channel (Travel Daily, Get Away USA), USA Network (Ready For the Weekend Movie, Before and Afternoon Movies), Sony’s Game Show Network (Game TV, Extreme Gong), and Comedy Central (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart) to name a few.
