MI Displays Lennon Prints
Apr 29, 2005

MI is proud to display a series of original numbered and signed prints by John Lennon. Loaned to MI by an anonymous donor, the line drawings represent milestones in the lives of John, Yoko, and Sean, including the Lennons' marriage ceremony, Sean as an infant, and life on the run from papparazzi. Especially noteworthy are a series of hand-written song lyrics from 1965-68, including such classics as "Revolution", "Day Tripper", "Nowhere Man" and "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds". The prints, some of which are visible in MI's Green Room Cafe on Hollywood Boulevard, will be on display at least through September.
