On Tuesday, March 2, GIT welcomes the return of Swedish guitar virtuoso Andreas Oberg for an afternoon of open counseling.

When guitar students sit down face to face, guitar to guitar with Oberg they will be treated to a stunning display of exceptional bebop chops, “Hot Club” Gypsy riffs, ferocious genre-hopping, technical facility, and chord-melody mastery. Oberg has performed with Les Paul, Toots Thielemans, Bireli Lagrene, Larry Coryell, Barbara Hendricks, John Pisano, and other contemporary jazz icons, and has an acclaimed new album, My Favorite Guitars.
