On Tuesday, February 3 MI’s exclusive Hiring Hall talent showcase is holding guitar, drum and bass auditions for recording artist Lindsey Ray. Ray is signed to major music publishers Bug Music and is being produced by Bill Lefler (Sony, Epic and Warner Bros Records). With former One Republic member Tim Myers she recently co-wrote "Brand New Day," a song featured in Target’s current national ad campaign.

Hiring Hall auditions are exclusive to MI students and grads.  Artists, labels and management companies holding Hiring Hall auditions have included  Ashlee Simpson, Macy Gray, The Veronicas, Gwen Stefani, Lauryn Hill, Hoobastank, NIN, Finch, Margorie Fair, Zappa Plays Zappa, Maroon 5, The Missy Elliot Show, Burning Brides, BRMC, Lifehouse, Rob Thomas, Hillary Duff,  Rachael Yamagata, Jesse Mccartney, and Liz Phair.
