On Wednesday, February 18, the Artist and Career Services Department is conducting the MI Winter Job Fair.  From 11am to 2pm, representatives from entertainment industry companies including Universal, ASCAP, SESAC, Music Connection, Fontana Distribution, Los Angeles Music Network, Holland America & others will arrive on campus to conduct onsite interviews for jobs and internships, explain their roles in the entertainment industry and field questions about breaking into the business. The event will also feature special workshops conducted by Kay Parker (“Time Management”), Aaron Meza (“Copyright Basics”), and recent Music Business Program grad Hunter Scott, founder of LaFamos Marketing (“Starting Your Own Company”).
