Hiring Hall, MI's weekly in-house audition showcase, has been heating up in recent weeks. Coordinated by industry matchmaker Barry Squire and MI's Musicians Referral Service director Mike Hill, Hiring Hall connects artists, labels and artist managers with MI's incredible student talent pool.
Recent Hiring Hall auditions have included Nine Inch Nails (who picked GIT grad/KIT instructor Allesandro Cortini for their upcoming tour), Kelly Osbourne(looking for guitarists and backing vocalists), Avril Lavigne (seeking keyboards and vocals), former Matchbox 20 vocalist Rob Thomas (auditioning guitarists) and Capitol Records recording artist Marjorie Fair (seeking a bassist).
