On Thursday, November 15, GIT welcomes the multi-talented George Bellas for a very exciting afternoon clinic. Look for George to showcase his impressive shredding chops and also to discuss the improvisation, odd meters and complex rhythms, classical harmony and counterpoint; jazz and ultra-modern harmony, dense orchestrations, lyrical melodies and outlandish song forms that characterize his music.

Bellas has recorded four albums for Shrapnel Records and has since recorded, engineered, and composed for releases on the Magna Carta and Lion music labels. George has authored The George Bellas Instructional Series, a 12 CD-ROM guitar course, and has released music education software titles including EarTraining 1.5, GuitarPaper 1.2, Metronome 1.0, StudioLog 1.0 and GuitarTuner 1.0 for Mac OS X.
