The third annual LA Weekly Detour Festival hits downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, October 4. The diverse festival showcases over 25 international rock and dance acts on four outdoor stages plus vendors and art installations spread across six city blocks around City Hall. Confirmed bands include genre-bending The Mars Volta and Gypsy-punk collective Gogol Bordello. While at the festival, check out the MI booth, where you can also enter a raffle for ESP and Schecter guitars, headphones, microphones, skateboards and more (MI’s very own Travis Johnson, drummer for punk legends The Dickies, will be on-site during the early afternoon).
