Moderator "The Poetess" of The Beat 100.3 FM will conduct a round-table discussion featuring panelists Maani Edwards (Senior Director of Urban Music, Universal Music Publishing), Shawn "Tubby" Holiday (General Manager/Vice President, Hitco Music Publishing) and Alan Melina (CEO/President, New Heights Entertainment).
