Jensen, Nels Audio Engineering
Nels Jensen is a native of southern California. Since graduating from MI, he has applied his engineering skills to Hip-Hop, Rock, ADR and film for studios including Foxxhole, Silent Sounds, DRS, Unit A and Elastic Media. In the music realm, Nels has worked with Jamie Foxx, Busta Rhymes, Stacy Q, Tiffany, Tony Austin and Sigur Ros, to name a few, and since 2007 has also been recording and editing anime cartoon dialogue for American release. In the field of broadcast, his credits include Sylvanian Families and Zegapain DVDs as well as radio spots and even children’s toys. In his spare time he enjoys producing local acts, writing music and making beats. A Digidesign-Certified Operator, at MI you’ll find him teaching Pro Tools and Practical Recording.
