Based in Los Angeles, GIT instructor Ross Bolton has been a regular member of Al Jarreau's band since 1998. Since joining the band he has toured the world many times, recorded on Jarreau’s last two CD’s and co-written two songs on Al’s most recent CD, All I Got. Ross has also recorded or performed with Rick Braun, David Benoit, Warren Hill, English funksters Down to the Bone, Jeffrey Osborne and many others, as well as providing guitar work for soundtracks including the The Gary Shandling Show (HBO) and movies such as Switch, Into the West, and Friday. Ross has also recorded with The Beach Boys and played on the theme song of the long running radio show Rockline. Ross has an instructional video entitled Funk Rhythm Guitar.
