Catherine Scanlon has been hired by manager/publisher/record label Nettwerk as the Assistant to Music Manager Frank Girondaan. The MBP student had been interning at Nettwerk for the previous quarter. Nettwerk Office Manager Elke Downer reports, "Catherine has been a fantastic intern for the past few months, so it just goes to show that interns who are hardworking, dedicated, and motivated can definitely find work in the industry upon completion of their MI Internships."

Considered one of hottest young masters of jazz guitar on the international scene today, the Swedish native will display his exceptional bebop chops, “Hot-Club” Gypsy melodies, genre-hopping technical facility and powerful chord-melody solos. Andreas has released four solo albums and performed with artists including Les Paul, Toots Thielemans, Bireli Lagrene, Larry Coryell, Barbara Hendricks, John Pisano, Martin Taylor, Stuart Hamm, Danny Gottlieb, Jimmy Rosenberg, Frank Vignola, Bucky Pizzarelli, Howard Alden, Ulf Wakenius, Joey DeFrancesco, Mark Murphy, Stochelo Rosenberg, Angelo Debarre, Florin Nicolescu and more.
