Peter Thorn, Yogi Lonich Join Chris Cornell

MI's Hiring Hall coordinator and industry talent matchmaker Barry Squire reports, "Musicians Institute is well represented in the new live band [former Soundgarden/Audioslave vocalist] Chris Cornell has assembled to support his new solo album, Carry On. Chris held five days of auditions then offered the guitar positions to MI alumnus Peter Thorn and recent MI instructor Yogi Lonich. The rest of the band consists of Jason Sutter on drums and Cory McCormick on bass. They have just started rehearsing for sixteen months of live shows."
