How to apply to your MI program:
The first step in applying to any program is to fill out an application form. To receive an application, use one of these methods:

The application form will ask you to provide information related to the program for which you are applying. The admissions process varies somewhat between different programs, so be sure to include all required information when you return your application to MI.
