Boberg, Johanna
Voice

Born in Sweden, Johanna Boberg has been singing as long as she can remember and spent her formative years performing wherever she could, starting in church, wowing everyone who heard her with her soulful, powerful vocals. After completing a music-only high school, she made the move to Los Angeles to study at MI and earned the 2002 Outstanding Student Award. Since graduation, her impeccable pitch and musicianship have made her a sought-after studio vocalist. In 2004, Johanna returned to MI to teach while continuing to write and perform original “alternative laidback pop-rock-soul” material. At VIT, you’ll find Johanna teaching Sightsinging, Contemporary Vocal Styles, Open Counseling and Private Lessons.
