Campbell, John
Keyboard

John Campbell has been playing music and involved with computers and technology for 20 years. He grew up in northern California playing and touring with various bands on the fair circuit. After studying music at local colleges and with teachers in the area, he decided to move to Los Angeles in 2004 to pursue a full-time career in music and attend Musicians Institute. Since moving to LA, John has worked with producer and singer/song writer David Hodges (formerly of Evanescence), studied with Russell Ferrante and currently plays with Trading Yesterday and Caitlin Crosby. His recording credits include Trading Yesterday, Bob Kilpatrick, Beyond 7, Randy Stonehill, and Justin Fox. He is currently working on music for the Sundance film festival and Hewlett Packard, and behind-the-scenes music on other upcoming films. He also works extensively in the entertainment industry on computer/network setups for TV and film, and festivals such as the X-Games and Sundance. For KIT, John teaches Digital Music and Video Scoring.
